This unique role allows physicians to care for both adult and pediatric patients during the same shift, providing diverse inpatient experience in a highly collaborative environment. The program operates on a 7-on/7-off schedule with 10-hour shifts and home call, supported by dedicated support staff.$330K base + wRVU incentives. 7-on/7-off schedule. 10-hour shifts + home call.
