Senior Administrative Assistant
Position SummaryGelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant ideally with financial services exposure to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position is based in-office out of Century City, CA on a full-time basis. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of their office and assigned Managing Directors.Primary ResponsibilitiesScreen calls; establish oneself as a trusted point of contact with employees and business networkManage day to day schedule and commitments of remote and/or in-office Executive(s)Receive incoming mail, packages, and checks, and process accordingly to the service plan for each clientRespond to requests to prepare outgoing mail and packages (FedEx, certified mail, messengers, etc.)Process and mail checksAssist with client billingMake e-depositsMaintain electronic and hard copy filing system and other general office dutiesPerform coverage of reception desk, as neededLight bookkeeping duties utilizing AgilLinkOther projects and duties as assignedQualifications2+ years of similar experience in a fully in-office capacityHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent is requiredAssociate's Degree preferredExperience with billable timekeeping is highly preferred Notary Public a plusFamiliarity with DocuSign and Workday is requiredFamiliarity with AgilLink is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and OutlookThe ability to work independently while being a team playerStrong organizational and time management skills to ensure the ability to multitask Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and clientsThis is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $60,000 - $65,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
