Front End UI Developer
About the RoleThe Front End UI Developer will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable web applications, focusing on creating responsive and reusable UI components using modern frameworks.ResponsibilitiesMinimum 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong UI/Front-End development expertise.Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.js application development.Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, XML, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect.Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShift platforms.Experience utilizing Harness for CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment management.Strong experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Karma, or equivalent.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in SDLC activities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.Banking and Financial Services experience is highly preferred.QualificationsDesign and develop scalable web applications using Angular or React frameworks.Develop responsive and reusable UI components using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and XML technologies.Consume and integrate REST APIs while ensuring performance, reliability, and security.Implement OAuth-based authentication and authorization solutions for enterprise-grade applications.Integrate applications with Ping Identity platforms to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and access management requirements.Utilize Harness CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment activities.Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure application reliability and code quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps teams.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering standards and best practices.Perform code reviews and support knowledge sharing across development teams.Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.Contribute to application modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts related to architecture, security, and performance.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, XML, CSS3.Experience with Angular and/or React.js.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.Experience with OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect.Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.Preferred SkillsExperience in Banking and Financial Services.Familiarity with OpenShift platforms.Experience with Unit Testing frameworks.Agile/Scrum experience.
