Job Title: Construction Project Manager 4 Location: Des Moines , IA Salary Range: $95/hr to $100/hr on W2 IntroductionWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale datacenter construction projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.Familiarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling methodology.Experience with Data Center construction programs.8 years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software P6 or MS Project.Proficient in Primavera / P6.Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management, and Key Commodity Tracking.Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations.Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.Preferred Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling methodology.Experience with Data Center construction programs.Ability to present data from detailed to high-level depending on audience.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements.Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction.Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Facilitate IPS's (Interactive Planning Sessions) for the project with discipline leads, vendors, and client inputs.Establish the project critical path and continue to analyze and report throughout the project.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive hourly rate.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
