The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the production team, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with factories, our overseas teams, monitoring quality control standards, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee production operationsExperience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activitiesExperience in the Beauty space in a big plus!! Knowledge of quality control processes for maintaining high production standardsFamiliarity with supply chain management and inventory controlStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with staff and vendorsPrevious experience in manufacturing or a related industry preferredExperience in the Beauty space in a big plus!!
