Our platform responds to inbound leads within 60 seconds, qualifies customers, books appointments, and helps service businesses capture more revenue without adding extra office staff.We work with HVAC companies in the DFW area and are building practical AI tools that improve lead response, scheduling, customer communication, and sales conversion.Role DescriptionProjectWon.AI is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help grow our client base in the HVAC industry. This role is focused on identifying potential HVAC businesses, reaching out to decision-makers, explaining our automation platform, booking demos, and helping close new clients.This is a flexible, commission-based sales role based in the DFW area. Some work may be done remotely, but candidates should be comfortable with local outreach, phone calls, follow-ups, and communicating with local business owners.College students are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, AI, technology, or business development.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact HVAC companies that may benefit from ProjectWon.AIMake cold calls, send emails, and follow up with potential clientsBook product demos and explain how ProjectWon.AI helps reduce missed revenueBuild relationships with HVAC owners, managers, and decision-makersTrack leads, conversations, and sales activity in the CRMHelp prospects understand the value of faster lead response and automated bookingWork with the ProjectWon.AI team to improve sales scripts, offers, and outreach strategyPayThis is a commission-based role.
