Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer, based in Fort Lee, NJ. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, conducting user research, and developing prototypes to improve user interfaces and experiences. Key day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing design thinking principles, and delivering visually engaging and functional designs that align with user needs and business goals. QualificationsStrong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to effectively understand and integrate user needs into the overall design processExpertise in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping to create engaging and functional productsProficiency in Visual Design to deliver aesthetically appealing and user-friendly designsAbility to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldFamiliarity with relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)Experience in usability testing and iterative design processes is a plus
