Qualifications: Experience supporting EL student growth. Dates of Summer Learning include:Staff PD and Workdays on June 5th and June 8th, 2026Student learning from June 9th-July 2nd, 2026Contract Time Mon-Thurs 8:15am-3:15pmNO FRIDAYS & No School June 19th (Juneteenth observed)Staff are paid for days worked/hourly; no pay for days not workedPrior to June 5th each site will have staff meetings and collaborative planning time for up to an additional 6 hours of pay to be determined by the Administrative InternPositions are contingent upon enrollmentCompensation:The School District of University City offers a competitive salary of $32-$34/hr for the summer EL Teacher SpecialistPay Dates:Days worked June 5th-June 18th will be paid on June 26thDays worked June 22nd-July 2nd will be paid on July 10thHiring Timeline:Open until filledSubmitted for board approval April 2026
