Job Summary Under general supervision of the Professional Services Manager, this position plays a key role in delivering and maintaining our fully managed IT Services suite of products. The IT Systems Engineer II has a primary focus on executing complex client approved technology projects designed to address remediation requirements or to implement new technologies associated to their technology roadmap. This engineer will also support new client onboardings as necessary. Job Qualifications · Must be effective developing project work plans, performing project work, have an awareness of all project elements and maintain focus to completion. · Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms. · Ability to correctly determine proper course of action by identifying appropriate resource, process or escalation needed for safe and efficient resolution to any client issue · Ability to adapt and accept challenges in a fast paced, dynamic environment · Strong commitment to providing quality service · Excellent and reliable attendance record · Experience creating and documenting processes · Experience with information management · Strong interpersonal skills · Possess a positive attitude and be able to fit in well within a strong team Technical Qualifications · Proficiency in ALL workstations hardware and software elements required · Proficiency in workstation connectivity (Power, Network, and AV cabling, mapping network resources, RDS, VPN) · Proficiency in supporting 3rd party apps with vendor MDM - Config and Deployment · REQUIRED – EXPERT LEVEL PROFICIENCY IN 1) NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES AND SUPPORT · LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, DNS and IP Schemes, Firewalls, Ethernet Switching, VLANs, Wireless, Routers, Failover 2) MICROSOFT 365 SUITE SKILLS · SharePoint and SharePoint migrations, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Groups, Security and Compliance, License Management 3) AZURE SERVER TECHNOLOGIES AND SUPPORT · EntraID, Azure VMs, Azure Networking, Storage Solutions, Backup, AVD (Virtual Desktop) Equal Opportunity Employer.
