Veterinary Talent Acquisition Specialist – Minneapolis MNThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead efforts in candidate sourcing, lead generation, database management, and marketing initiatives for a growing veterinary organization. This role focuses on sourcing qualified veterinarians while expanding brand visibility and engagement within the veterinary profession.Qualifications2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or marketingAbility to work on-site four days per weekExperience with ATS platforms and familiarity with CRM or marketing toolsHighly organized and self-motivatedMust reside in Minnesota at the time of employmentRelocation assistance may be available for qualified candidatesExperience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plusScope:Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with veterinarians across multiple platformsConduct proactive outreach and screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with opportunitiesRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and career fairs (both virtual and in-person)Execute marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness across the veterinary communityMaintain and manage a comprehensive candidate databaseWork closely with internal stakeholders to assess workforce needs and align hiring prioritiesCoordinate social media and digital outreach campaignsSchedule: Onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
