If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Associate Consultant Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct industry research and market analysis to inform strategiesWork directly with senior team members to pinpoint the client's areas of importance, develop actionable strategies, and support implementation of recommendationsWork closely with project team to set objectives and manage individual milestones to ensure delivery on timePrepare high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio and other tools as needed Embrace teamwork with strong interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of a new organizationTravel as needed for business or client needsAssociate Consultant RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in business or science related field; MBA or Master's degree preferredMinimum of 1-2+ years' experience in life science consultingPreferably depth of knowledge in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Cell & Gene, Rare DiseaseKnowledge of pharmaceutical patient services/hub operations highly valuedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience using AI tools Independently manage tasks assigned and collaborative attitudeEnhanced skills using PowerPoint, Excel, VisioBenefits AvailablePaid time off through vacation days, sick days, and company holidays.Medical and Dental coverageHealth Savings Plan (HSA)401K plan with company matchDisability benefitsPlease note- all candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
