This role provides essential administrative and technical support to the Health Care Facility Complaint Unit, ensuring accurate complaint processing, database management, and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in administrative support, data entry, healthcare operations, public health, or government environments .Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare reports, proofread correspondence, and respond to inquiries related to regulatory inspections and investigations , including public record requestsProcess and enter healthcare facility complaints into the CMS federal database and the Division's HCFRS systemMaintain and update case records and databases with a high level of accuracyRespond to external inquiries and communicate with healthcare providers and other agencies to obtain missing or required informationProvide general office support including reception duties and phone coverageSupport unit managers, supervisors, and staff with administrative and operational tasksRequired Qualifications Previous experience in office support, administrative assistance, or clerical rolesStrong data entry and database management skillsExcellent written communication skills, including proofreading and correspondence preparationAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work onsite in Marlborough, MA, Monday through FridayPreferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, public health, regulatory, or government environmentsFamiliarity with complaint processing, case management, or inspection/investigation supportPrior experience working with CMS systems or HCFRS (preferred but not required)
