Joining our team means you will provide exceptional care in a collaborative and vibrant setting.Our clinic offers a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes: routine pediatric assessments (well-baby and well-child checkups, as well as physicals for school, camp, and sports); adolescent healthcare; general adult and geriatric medical services (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes); treatment for illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions; preventive immunizations and vaccinations; cancer screenings; and promotion of healthy lifestyle choices.KEY FEATURES:Shared call rotation approximately every 70 days, supported by RN triagePhysician-led organization with a governing body of physiciansFlexible scheduling options available - choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work weekCollaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APP) offering additional compensation opportunitiesTeaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA studentsPossibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desiredLeadership and administrative roles available for interested physiciansQUALIFICATIONS:New York State licensure and DEA registration requiredBoard Certification is mandatoryOpen to both experienced physicians and recent graduatesStrong passion for providing Primary Care across all age groupsCOMPENSATION PACKAGE:We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.Starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, with potential for increased earnings through productivity.The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer.
