This is an opportunity to sell high-value industrial equipment, work with real manufacturers, and build a long-term career in technical sales. This is not a high-volume call center role. You’ll work directly with inbound leads and active buyers, helping customers find the right machine solution for their application.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManage inbound leads and sales inquiries from manufacturers and fabricatorsSpeak with customers to understand their applications and production needsRecommend CNC, manual, and fabrication equipment solutionsPrepare quotes and follow up throughout the sales processBuild relationships with new and existing customersMaintain sales activity and pipeline within CRM softwareWork closely with our applications, service, and operations teamsAttend industry trade shows (limited travel)Skills & Qualifications2+ years of sales, inside sales, account management, or industrial customer service experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunitiesAbility to learn technical products and manufacturing applicationsExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeWhat Makes This Role DifferentStrong inbound lead flowTechnical product line with real customer interactionOpportunity to grow into outside sales or regional account managementSmall team environment with direct impactExposure to a wide variety of manufacturing industriesNo cold-call-heavy boiler room environmentPreferred (But Not Required)Machine tool, manufacturing, or industrial equipment experienceCNC machining or fabrication knowledgeExperience quoting capital equipmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commission, bonuses (Competitive pay based on experience)Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding companyFull-time, in-person role Located in Aldan, PA 19018 (near Philadelphia).
