They are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to design and implement UX/UI features while collaborating closely with the Product Team and other developers.Responsibilities:• Own the technical design and implementation of new product UI features while leveraging the rest of the development team members to build a phenomenal product• Produce pixel-perfect web apps built from design specs• Work closely with product designers to provide engineering feedback and collaborate throughout the entire design process• Participate in design iterations providing engineering feedback for product design specs• Support bug fixes and feature development of existing frontend components• Keep up-to-date with industry and language best practices to suggest potential improvements to our existing code baseQualifications:Required:• 5+ years experience building and maintaining analytics systems.• 5+ years programming experience, React | React Native plus, with expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript• Experience with design and development• Figma (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience• Experience, SQL required, Python preferred, golang a plus.• Experience with object-oriented design• Effective communicator.• Derive satisfaction from simplifying complexities (people, process, data, visuals, comms, etc).Company:PICO makes error-proofing easy.
