The Tax Manager will be responsible for tax compliance, preparation, and staying up-to-date on tax laws as well as tax resolution issues. The role involves creating and implementing advanced tax strategies for wealth creation, combining business exit strategies with low tax tactics, and ensuring clients pay less tax.This role will focus on tax preparation and compliance and work along side the tax planners and bookkeeper. Expertise in preparing 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, etc. for small business owners with multi-state tax law knowledge or the ability to be up to speed with vital state law treatment.QualificationsExtensive knowledge of Tax Planning, Creating Advanced Tax Strategies, and Wealth Creation through Tax ShiftingTax Compliance and PreparationKnowledge of Tax Law (Federal and multi-state)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyLeadership qualities to solve problems as they ariseCPA or EABachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Preferred but not required.
