This will be achieved by:Leading, implementing and promoting EVP CultureGrowing the business organically and through add-on acquisitionsDriving profitability and productivity as a matter of organizational habitCollaborate Corporate efforts to achieve goalsEstablish and optimize alignment, communication, and routines within the region, especially with doctorsA Practice Leader will model above the line leadership based on the following standards:Enduring Discipline Model discipline in the way your region feels, your actions and your spoken wordImperfect Progress Focus on progress not perfectionFearless Effort Go Win vs. Not LosingProductive Discomfort Lean into the discomfort of progress and GSDFunctional Humility Choose Improvement over EgoIn summary, the Practice Leader is responsible for mobilizing and guiding their respective location towards extraordinary employee, patient, and financial outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Promote our shared EVP Mission among all employees and providersLead EVP Cultural activities (HubEngage, Culture Huddles) that practices, promotes and permits our elite standardsCoordinates efforts to achieve and surpass volume, profitability, cash flow, and patient experience objectives in their location.Work with the Director of Patient Experience to ensure optimum productivity and patient experienceCollaborate with compliance, patient experience, ambulatory services, H/R, billing, I/T, sales, marketing, accounting and finance to enhance the strength of their location.Act as a liaison between the Clinic and ASC staff to problem solve and effect positive change.Drive patient volume in partnership with Regional President and other team members based upon an approved monthly budget.Develop and implement plans for systems, processes, and personnel designed to achieve the best patient experience and productivity across all functions.Use weekly flash report, other KPI reports, forecasting and budgeting to drive company goals.Use metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements in operational results and patient experience. Teach direct reports and other employees to use metrics to drive and manage the business.Provide communication routines that produce high employee engagement and alignment with corporate objectives.Mitigate human resource conflicts in a manner consistent with values and risk management objectives with the support of the Director of People and CultureImplement and monitor all operational policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, as well as all other federal, state and local regulations and laws. Foster a compliance over growth mentality within region.Monitor schedules, wait times and other operational activities and implement improvements where necessary.Actively utilize Corporate Services Team to leverage leadership position, collaborating on priority initiatives.Work collaboratively with other practice leaders of the region to execute strategic, operational, and tactical goals.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or other related field, Appropriate experience may replaceExcellent physician relationship skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsMust be organized, self-motivated, energetic, capable of strong presentations, have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have the ability to quickly build rapport with team members and doctorsExcellent managerial skills requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
