QualificationsNYS PE, Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree with field experienceIdeal candidates must hold certifications from ICC, AWS, NICET and/or ACI including:ICC Commercial or Residential Certification required. Technical, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree pertaining to the Engineering field (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, etc.) a plus. Candidates must be familiar with the New York City Building CodeAbility to read prints and find inspection locationsAbility to produce inspection reports according to company standardsMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Reliable means of transportation necessary.
