Uwill supports more than 4 million students at 500+ institutions worldwide. *About the Role* As a *Wellness Instructor* at Uwill, you will create and deliver engaging video programming that empowers students to thrive academically and personally. This role is ideal for educators, coaches, and licensed professionals who are passionate about student well-being and academic success. You will record short, impactful videos focused on topics such as time management, study strategies, academic motivation, and personal development. Working closely with a Uwill Producer, you’ll develop scripted, high-quality recordings from your own professional home or studio setup. You’ll play a vital role in promoting student success by making key skills and strategies accessible, relatable, and inspiring. *Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with a Uwill Producer to develop, write, and record video content for student audiences. * Deliver on-camera expertise in areas such as academic performance, time management, and student success (3–8 minutes per video). * Self-record approved videos on a set schedule and ensure timely delivery of content. *Key Skills:* * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Clear and compassionate delivery of complex ideas in a relatable tone. * Critical thinking and sound judgment. * Comfortable using digital tools for video recording, file sharing and collaboration. * Inclusive, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and accessible teaching style. * Ability to connect with diverse student populations across identities, backgrounds, and learning needs. *Required Qualifications:* · Certification or licensure in one of the following: * LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LPC * Academic Performance Coaching, Study Skills Coaching, or Student Success * Health & Wellness Coaching with a focus on student populations * Mindfulness & Yoga · Significant experience with: * DSLR or smartphone video recording * Wireless microphones (e.g., RODE, DJI) * Lighting tools (e.g., ring or panel lights) · Confident, engaging on-camera presence. · Must have a home or studio recording setup. · Submission of a sample video is required as part of the application. *Employee Benefits* * *Flexible Scheduling* – Set your own availability and work from any quiet, professional space in the U.S. * *Low Administrative Burden* – Focus on content creation while Uwill manages editing, graphics, and production. * *Creative Collaboration* – Work with a Uwill Producer to ensure a polished final product. * *Autonomy* – Most instructors contribute 2–3 videos per month, with the freedom to work independently. *Application Process: * A *three (3) minute sample video is required* for consideration.
