Are you a seasoned Project Manager ready to lead a high-impact, multi-year technology upgrade? Trissential is hiring a Project Manager to join our client's team and drive the successful delivery of a major EMS (Energy Management System) upgrade. This is a rare opportunity to work on a mission-critical SCADA transformation that supports 13 control centers and over 300 end users across three regional data centers.

Your Role & Responsibilities Manage and integrate project plans across 15 workstreams using Microsoft Project
Maintain a consolidated workplan and manage inter- and intra-workstream dependencies
Collect and consolidate weekly status reports from workstream leads
Facilitate and track formal deliverable approvals and contractual milestones
Maintain resource capacity planning, including actuals vs forecast tracking
Manage SharePoint calendars and project org charts for resource availability
Support the Program Manager with project-level reporting and stakeholder engagement
Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in complex, multi-year system implementations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint (Lists/Calendars)
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to manage diverse work styles and follow software lifecycle and compliance tasks
Experience visually representing project data for broad stakeholder consumption
Bonus Points If You Have Experience in the utility or energy industry
Familiarity with real-time Operational Technology in a 24x7 environment
Exposure to systems such as GE PowerOn Reliance, Schneider Electric, ABB, OSI/Aspen Tech, or Aviva
Hands-on experience with waterfall project methodologies
Agile experience (acceptable but not primary focus)
Education & Certifications You Need No formal degree or certification required if skills are demonstrated
PMP or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory
