Test Technician
Undertakes testing/prototype manufacture activities for North America developed programs by performing the following duties personally or through teamwork. Is self-disciplined and ensures: Cost effective qualitative prototype manufacture conforming to customer and standards, and/or undertakes tests in an effective manner to validate suitability of designs for their end usage, conforming to customer requirements/specifications.
Specific duties and responsibilities

1 Able to perform all necessary tests on products, in accordance with test plans, procedures, specifications (customer/company). Conduct tests in accordance with Test Engineer.
Ensure effective test releases are conducted in a timely manner by your group; ensure that testing and report writing meet a high standard.
Conduct component tests as necessary, in accordance with the Test Engineer.
Ensure quality, effectiveness, cleanliness, and keep your responsible area in order.
Capability to modify existing donor parts and prototype up new variants and fit into demonstration vehicles as required.
Undertake an accurate prototype build process/conducting of tests in an effective manner; be pro-active in working with counterparts to improve products. Conduct prototype build in accordance with Prototype Coordinator.
Create prototype/test documentation in accordance with company/customer requirements.
Support requests for support during PPAP/Pre-PPAP program phase with prototype/test expertise.
Maintain good open communication channels with direct supervisor and peers.
May be required to undertake shipping and receiving duties as assigned by supervisor.

High risk of loss of credibility as a world class supplier (bad samples).High risk of failure through hidden mistakes. In conjunction with deadline pressures.Supports test/prototype department for 2-6 window regulator,1-2 door module, 1-2 seat adjuster projects or 2-6 latch projects.
Work experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
