QualificationsFinancial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting experienceCommunity Banking Experience a Plus Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing, and Tax ComplianceProficiency in Financial Analysis and ReportingStrong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational skillsDetail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and problem-solvingProficiency in accounting software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)Experience in a fast-paced professional environment or relevant industry is a plus
