Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Location: MontanaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: VariesJob Description: Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of the care center.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care to assist residents with activities of daily living.Monitor residents' vitals and report significant changes to the nursing staff.Follow individual care plans and accommodate the specific needs of each resident.Ensure residents' comfort and safety at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas.Support the overall health and well-being of residents through compassionate care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent CNA certification.Experience in a long-term care setting preferred but not required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
