Assistant Coach

Overview The Assistant Coach will work with current yard coaches to meet yard and company goals by running a safe and profitable yard. Accountabilities Assist with non-ferrous scale, heavy equipment, industrial scale as well as the ASR desk. Ensure shipments are correct to post with matching receiving weights. Assist with upgrading material and increase knowledge of scrap industry. Ensure daily inventory numbers are accurate. Assist Coach with daily paperwork Conduct daily safety meetings Assist with training new Team Members.
