Aiken Regional Medical Center is hiring full-time OB/Gyn physicians for an opportunity to help establish a new in-house OB/Gyn group, offering strong community demand, rapid practice growth, and the ability to shape a collaborative, patient-centered program. Quick Facts Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed• Schedule / Hours: Clinic, OR, and delivery coverage• Call: Shared call with established private OB/Gyn group in the community• Patient Volume: High community need ensuring rapid ramp-up• Location: Aiken, South Carolina (20 minutes from Augusta, GA)• Practice Setting: Hospital-based practice within a community hospital• Support / Care Team: Collaborative medical staff, nursing, and hospital support team• EMR / Technology: Modern EMR with access to robotics Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population• Perform a full range of OB/Gyn procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery• Manage deliveries and gynecologic surgical cases• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams• Participate in shared call responsibilities• Precept Family Medicine residents in clinic and labor & delivery settings• Document patient care using hospital EMR system Compensation & Benefits Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 + productivity incentives/bonuses• Sign-on / Relocation: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance• Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement: Comprehensive benefits package• PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility: Paid time off and CME allowance• Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support: Shared call and supportive team structure Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology• Active or eligible South Carolina medical license• Interest in full-scope OB/Gyn practice• Interest in teaching and mentoring residents preferred• Robotics experience preferred but not required Growth & Development Opportunity to help build and shape a new hospital-based OB/Gyn group• Rapid practice growth due to strong community demand• Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residency program• Affiliation with a national healthcare organization offering long-term career growth Aiken Regional Medical Center is a 225-bed acute care hospital and the primary hospital serving Aiken County.
