Traverse Parkway, Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract/ Contract to hireWe are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer communication skills, collections experience, and a solid accounting background.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via email and phone regarding invoices, outstanding balances, and payment inquiriesPrepare customer statements and assist with billing-related requestsProcess customer credits, payments, and account adjustments accuratelyMaintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and documentationFollow up on overdue accounts and help resolve payment issues professionallyHandle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer supportUse internal systems and Excel to organize, track, and manage AR activitiesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1–2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or collections experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood accounting knowledge and understanding of AR processesProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookAbility to stay organized and manage multiple customer inquiries effectivelyNice to HaveExperience with Xactimate or Zuora is a plus, but not requiredCandidates with strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly are encouraged to applyWork ScheduleHybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday)Role is expected to move to fully onsite in the futureRemote candidates may be considered for exceptionally strong profilesInterview Process1st Round: Virtual Interview2nd Round: In-Person InterviewAdditional InformationContract Length: 6 monthsPossible extension or contract-to-hire opportunityPay Rate: Up to $29/hour on W2BenefitsIf you are customer-focused, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced accounting environment, we’d love to hear from you!
