Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and Arizona cannabis regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring the property, verifying customer IDs, maintaining a visible security presence, documenting incidents when necessary, conducting routine patrols, and assisting with de-escalating situations professionally and calmly. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
