Analysts will directly support senior bankers and are expected to handle a high level of responsibility in the execution of regular financings, distressed financing and restructuring transactions. Analysts work on small deal teams and have direct exposure to clients and senior bankers. Analysts bear responsibility for providing the rigorous analysis that supports the advice provided to clients.
