LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (DP SPECIALIST)Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (DP Specialist) to join its New York, New York office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.At Archer, we are passionate about developing talent and providing hands-on experience across the full spectrum of legal work. The Team in the New York office works with the latest equipment and software.If youre looking for an opportunity to expand your legal knowledge and sharpen your computer skills, this is the job for you!Responsibilities:This position includes, without limitation, the following core duties:Create, revise and format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents;Transcribe digital dictation; andCreate and edit PDFs in Kofax.Job Requirements:Qualified candidates must have:Must have 3-5 years of corporate experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant.Preferred candidates will have excellent computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kofax and Outlook.Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.Salary and BenefitsArcher & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
