Customer Success Manager
Fiverr is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth by activating high-intent, high-budget buyers at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, capturing revenue opportunities, and sourcing the right talent to match their goals. The CSM acts as a trusted consultant, helping customers scale their activity, upsell services, and expand into new verticals on the platform.This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. The CSM builds trusted relationships, leads strategic conversations, and represents Fiverr with professionalism and credibility.The role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and requires strong adaptability to ongoing changes and evolving priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in constant change, brings structure to ambiguity, and combines strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking. They are tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and scale impact.Willing to come to the Orlando office as needed. The salary range for this role $60 - $65k with the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus.What am I going to do?:Drive revenue by identifying and capturing untapped opportunities within high-value buyer accountsOwn and exceed a defined revenue quotaLead consultative conversations with high-intent buyers to clarify objectives, scope, and success criteriaTranslate business needs into clear briefs and match buyers with the right freelancer or solutionSource and vet top talent aligned with skills, budget, and timeline requirementsAccelerate time-to-match and increase conversion through disciplined pipeline managementProactively re-engage stalled opportunities and prevent revenue leakageLeverage AI and automation to optimize prioritization, matching precision, and operational scaleRepresent buyer insights internally to improve product performance, supply quality, and matching accuracyRequirements:2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or salesExperience working in high-volume environments and managing multiple customers simultaneouslyProven ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a constantly changing, fast-moving environmentStrong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth or improving conversionExperience working with high-value B2B customersStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsHigh AI knowledge and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to scale workflows and productivityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong bias for actionEqual opportunities:At Fiverr, we prioritize diversity.
