CT / Radiologic Technologist – Boulder, COPay Range: $44.02 – $62.04/hourSign-On / Fee Structure:RN New Grad (up to 2 years' experience): $10,000RN 2+ Years Experience: $15,000Allied Health: $10,000Cath Lab Tech: $15,000Location: Boulder, COPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CT / Radiologic Technologist to join our team, providing exceptional patient care while performing CT (Computed Tomography) and Diagnostic Radiology studies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, human physiology, and imaging techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic exams.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform CT and X-ray exams for in-house and emergency department patients.Adapt exam routines and techniques as needed to optimize image quality.Apply knowledge of sterile procedures and venipuncture when required.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostics.Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety protocols.Minimum QualificationsRegistered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology Technology.Completion of CT training (structured program or on-the-job).Active ARRT registration for CT, or must achieve CT registry within:2 years from hire/transfer for trainees18 months from hire/transfer for registry-eligible staffAbility to perform venipuncture.Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and basic human physiology.Ability to adapt to changing exam requirements and patient needs.Preferred Qualifications1+ year field experience at Boulder Community Hospital or similar hospital setting.Experience in multi-compartment CT and X-ray procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay.Generous sign-on and referral bonuses.Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement plans.How to ApplyIf you are a dedicated CT / Radiologic Technologist ready to provide high-quality care in a collaborative hospital environment, apply today!
