BOP/Rental Service CoordinatorThe BOP/RENTAL Service Coordinator position is responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements of completions services in shop safety compliance, coordination and supervision of the rental job activities and scheduling of the bop shop crew, job or project management, administration and technical support, and field equipment maintenance and management.These objectives will be achieved by having BOP and Rental equipment experience and technical oil field equipment knowledge and detail-oriented skills with the ability to identify discrepancy issues and making corrective actions as required.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Responsible for multiple service line field activity coordination and schedulingCoordinates and supervises shop activities of the rental division.Monitors daily progress of jobs or projects.Consistent communication and liaison with customer representatives and operations management throughout projectsReinforce with the HSE representatives on Axis safety culture of the BOP/Rental ShopProvides technical guidance and work direction to shop foreman.Regular audits on preventative maintenance initiatives on rental equipmentIdentify and recommend process improvements to operations management to promote high level service to customers.Manages special projects as assigned.Conducts all business activities in accordance with Axis Energy Services policies, safety compliance requirements and Axis Core ValuesMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High school graduate/diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in well servicing, pressure control, pumping operation or similar oil field services activities (frac, coil tubing, fishing)Ability and competency to run high pressure BOP/Rental equipment as may be needed.Basic math, writing, computer, communication, and interpersonal and organizational skillsSelf-starter and ability to work with limited direct supervision.Mobility and ability to use ladders or other access devices up to 15 ft.; ability to bend, stoop, twist, stand, squat, crawl and walkMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs.Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written; English preferredThe ability to interact with others in a team and fast-paced environment.Must have a valid, active state-issued driver license.Reliable telephone (cell phone) communication and transportationAbility to clear eligibility on Axis pre-employment requirements.Receipt of proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as required by law.QualificationsEducationRequiredHigh School or better.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
