Temporary Customer Service RepresentativeImmediate temp customer service representative needed for a well-known manufacturing company specializing in consumer goods for heating, cooling, and refrigeration products both on the residential and commercial side. This position is a temporary role, through the end of September.The customer service representative is responsible for assisting customers (product distributors) with product related support. This will be a call center environment handling inbound calls from customers. The customer service representative will work to assist with tracking and tracing orders, answering questions regarding parts and part number/availability and warranty claim information. This position will also handle data entry, update spreadsheets and communicating via email with the customers. To be selected, the customer service representative will need at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position, ability to read, write, and comprehend customer conversations, short correspondence, and memos, as well as understand product information for multiple product types and communicate this information to callers.
