Roberta's New York City, which opened in 2008, helped pave the way for the boroughs' food scene offering Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, artfully crafted cocktails and a diverse natural wine program. Roberta's is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to join the family and grow with us! No bad vibes!Ideal Candidates:At least 1 year of kitchen experienceExperience making Neapolitan style pizzasHand stretch pizza doughMaster pizza production in a hand crafted pizza ovenWork a busy service smoothlyExceptional eye for detailWork in high volumeFollow DOH standardsAble to stand for long periods of time, lift 50+ pounds, withstand both hot and cold working conditions, be available for nights and weekends etc.QUALIFICATIONS:Highly organized, detail oriented and punctualGreat attitude, respectful and a team playerMust be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
