You will manage a book of business totaling $2.5 million in premium, primarily consisting of standard market accounts. If you are a customer-focused professional with a strong background in personal lines insuranceCompensation PackageSalary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annuallyCompetitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a book of business, including home, auto, umbrella, and fire insurance policies.Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COI), and cross-selling opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.Assist with quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.Proactively identify opportunities to bring in new business.Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent insurance brokerage, with a focus on personal lines.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.Soft Skills:Strong customer service orientation.Reliable and dependable.Warm, personable, and professional demeanor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
