Occupational Therapist or COTA - Part TimeThe Occupational Therapist/COTA provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents. You will be a member of the of the resident's recovery team and work closely with the Recovery Coordinator, Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, Nursing Department, and Residential team to ensure a whole-person, integrative care. The position is a core member of the Farm Neuro-Diversity Program Staff and involved in program development, on-going assessment, and service delivery.Location: Mill Spring, NCSchedule:3 Days per week 24 hoursFlexible days to be determinedBenefits:Retirement Plan with company matchFree meals on shift$1000 CEU yearly budgetPSLF qualifying workplacePay:Starting New Graduate OT at $31.00 per hour and increases based on experienceStarting New Graduate COTA at $27.40 per hour and increases based on experienceResponsibilities:Works from a relationship-oriented and strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based modalitiesWorks alongside the integrative recovery team with the development and implementation of an individualized Seven Domains Recovery Plan: psychological, spiritual, relational, addiction, vocational, and familial challengesProvides individual sessions with residents or community members by referralCreates curriculum, implements, facilitates, and documents occupational therapy groupsCompletes appropriate assessmentsProvides occupational therapy consultation and training to staffQualifications:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current NC license orCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant degree and current NC licenseAt least 2 years of experience providing Occupational TherapyExperience working with adults who are coping with mental health challenges*CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
