Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client, a client-first financial advisory firm. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, relationship-driven financial guidance that empowers clients to make confident financial decisions and build meaningful lives. As the firm continues to grow, the Wealth Advisor will play a key part in deepening client relationships, developing comprehensive financial plans, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships
Participate in and lead client meetings
Prepare, present, and refine comprehensive financial plans
Build trust through proactive communication, accuracy, and follow-through
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated financial advice
Identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships
Grow client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
Direct, client-facing advisory experience required
Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to deliver financial concepts clearly and confidently
High degree of professionalism and client-service orientation
Ownership mindset with the ability to follow through on commitments
Certifications: CFP certification required
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth-management concepts
Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM tools
