Job Description Design & DraftingLead the creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCADTranslate sketches, concepts, and client requirements into production-ready designsPrepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturingEnsure all drawings meet technical, manufacturing, and quality standards Operations & Process ImprovementOwn and maintain drawing standards, templates, and best practicesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all design outputsCollaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows and executionIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency Client & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a key technical point of contact for clients and distributorsCoordinate design requirements and process orders with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain clear, professional communication across internal and external stakeholders Qualifications3-5 years experienceProducing full drawing sets (WSDs)3-5 SolidWorks + AutoCAD requiredPreferred IT experienceAbility to read and interpret architectural plansFamiliarity with generating files for CNC cutting machinesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines Additional Information Salary: $70,000-$75,000 Why Baresque?Opportunities for growth and mentorshipWork with a team dedicated to creating world-class design solutions.Enjoy a role with global reach and local impact.Custom coffee bar and daily fruit and healthy snacks in the office, to help fuel your dayIn office - after 6 months, WFH 2 days #BSQ
