This is an excellent opportunity to become very busy, very quickly. No call or rounding is involved, and the provider will receive 6 weeks off annually plus 1 week for CME. The hospital-employed physician will receive a guaranteed salary of $550,000, with a signing bonus of $50,000, plus wRVU productivity compensation, and student loan repayment of $75,000 spread over three years of the contract.
