Ensure documentation aligns with customer requirements and industry standards. Support phased improvements in testing operations, including fixturing and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in test documentation for electronic products. Ability to interpret and work with technical specifications. Strong attention to detail, patience, and a solid work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with LabVIEW or other automated testing tools is a plus.
