Acting as both a consultant and connector, this individual brings the power of the Coldwell Banker brand to life at the local level—translating national resources into impactful, market-specific strategies. From developing and executing local marketing plans to guiding agents one-on-one, this role is focused on driving business growth, strengthening the agent value proposition, and increasing engagement with our brand.
