This role will manage CI projects, capital projects and vendor coordination's. We are looking to hire someone ASAP, ideally to start next week. What You'll Do as an Engineering Project Manager: - Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates for construction and engineering projects - Manage contractor bid processes including RFPs, evaluations, and award recommendations - Oversee contractor and vendor relationships to ensure performance and compliance - Monitor budgets, track costs, and report financial performance throughout project lifecycle - Coordinate project execution including construction, installation, and commissioning activities - Maintain project schedules and identify risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with production and operations needs - Lead project closeout activities including documentation, inspections, and final approvals What You Need to Bring to the Engineering Project Manager Role: - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred - Experience in project management within construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments - Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial tracking of projects - Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools and software - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation - Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and maintain organization across complex projects - #NewCareerByDoherty - #DohertyNewCareer Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
