As a Consulting Copy of Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in data entry or a related field. Responsibilities: As a Consulting Copy of Data Entry Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Accurate and efficient entry of financial data into our database, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date. 2. Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting any errors. 3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and documents. 4. Collaborating with the finance and accounting team to ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner. 5. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial data. 6. Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry or a related field, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other data entry software. 3. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed. 4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot numerical errors. 5. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
