Project Development Manager

Overview In this senior role, you drive the full lifecycle development of on-site power infrastructure for hyperscale data centers. You orig­inate land opportunities, secure site control, and lead interconnection, permitting, and project financing to achieve notice to proceed and financial close. You balance market insight, regulatory awareness, and commercial discipline to deliver a scalable, resilient energy solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape portfolio strategy and execution. This is a high-impact, strategic role with a hands-on, execution-focused orientation.
