These individuals will report directly into the Solution Architect and serve as their right‐hand partner, owning the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and requirements. On a day‐to‐day basis, this person will take architecture and solution documents provided by Solution Architects and turn them into clear, structured deliverables including technical specs, Swagger API documentation, flow diagrams, BPMNs, and architectural diagrams.This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication skills, as the individual will regularly sit down with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical documentation, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams. The team is currently operating in a cloud‐based environment and preparing for a migration to GCP in the coming year, so comfort supporting evolving technical landscapes is important.This position is not focused on hands‐on development, validations, or running test scripts. Instead, the role sits on both the business analyst and architecture sides of the plate, supporting architecture‐level documentation and ensuring solutions are clearly defined, well documented, and ready for execution. This role is 4 days on site and 1 remote.
