Job Description Electronic Assembler / Soldering TechnicianLocation:Longwood, FLPay:$16/hr.Schedule:7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. on FridaysWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler / Soldering Technician to assemble and solder small electronic components in a production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with steady hands, strong attention to detail, and some soldering experience.Minimum Qualifications:1–3 years of soldering experienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent soldering trainingExperience with build-to-print electronic assembliesPrevious work in a production or manufacturing environmentWillingness to work varied shifts to support production surgesAbility to perform basic math calculationsRoHS experienceEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret assembly drawings and build-to-print documentationFollow Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs) and job travelersAssemble and solder electronic components according to specificationsWork with small, precision parts requiring strong hand-eye coordinationUse hand tools and soldering equipment including soldering irons, resistance tweezers, wire trimmers, gauges, and related toolsAccurately track and record job progress and deficiencies (written and electronic)Follow company procedures for lot traceability and part trackingRecord time, job, and efficiency data in advanced manufacturing softwareComply with RoHS standards (experience a plus)Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the assembly processExcellent vision and hand-eye coordinationStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to accurately use basic measuring toolsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, stoop, and reach as neededAbility to lift up to 30 lbsComfortable working in a warehouse or production environmentDress CodeComfortable warehouse attireClosed-toe sneakers requiredNo tank tops, leggings, or short shortsIND2
