Candidate must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be a problem-solver, multi-tasker, have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to adapt and learn. Service Dispatcher will also utilize their customer service training to educate and establish rapport and assist customer in choosing service and products.\n \nPay Range: $18-$22/hr depending on experience\n \nBenefits\n\nWeekly Pay\nFlexible, full time schedule with occasional overtime \nCompany matched 401K\nHealth, Dental, Vision\nFree Basic Life Insurance\nVoluntary Life\nShort and Long Term Disability\nPaid Holidays\nPaid Time Off\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nAlways maintain professionalism and excellent customer service\nSpeak clearly, distinctly, and professionally on the telephone and face to face encounters\nAnswer multiline telephone in a professional manner\nWork as a team player and be willing to assist co-workers in other duties\nScheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs\nRelaying information such as work orders or other messages to technicians\nSpeaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems\nBe able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise\nBe able to listen and resolve customer inquiries while updating account information\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common\n\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience in customer service required\nHVAC and or Plumbing knowledge is a plus\n\nPlease note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screen.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
