As a Worth Senior Project Manager, you will manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of designated HVAC/Plumbing mechanical construction projects in the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to ensure project goals are achieved in a timely manner and within budget.Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of staff teams on assigned projectsEnsure contract agreements are expeditiously secured, reviewed, processed and executedReview, edit, finalize and distribute project budgetConduct preconstruction turnover meetings for all assigned projectsInitiate setup, monitoring and updating of project schedulingEnsure required permits or licenses are obtained and postedDevelop, submit and obtain approval of billing scheduleMaintain an over-billed cash positionCollect payments, progress billing and retention receivablesEnsure assigned projects are properly staff with appropriate field forcesCoordinate required procurement of materials and equipmentSubcontract agreement negotiation, preparation, processing and executionEnsure required submittal review, processing and approvals, and submittal logs are set-up and maintainedPrice, negotiate and process change condition and change order workEnsure assigned projects are properly staffed with appropriate field forcesOversee tools and rental equipment use on all assigned projectsReview, approve and process all subcontractor and supplier invoicesResponsible for overall financial performance of all assigned projects, including continual cost control, management and forecastingSenior Project Manager's Benefits:Health Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployer Paid Short- and Long-Term DisabilityEmployer Paid Life Insurance Policy up to $50,000401(k) Matching ProgramReferral Bonus ProgramPaid Time Off & Holiday**Compensation is based on experience and may be adjusted accordingly.**Position RequirementsSenior Project Manager's Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in project managementMust have a track record of directing teams and resources across multiple multi-million-dollar projects.Bachelor's degree in construction management, allied field, engineering, or equivalent experienceOSHA 30 CertificationExperience in commercial HVAC and PlumbingThorough knowledge and understanding of Mechanical, Architectural, Civil and Structural drawingsThorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methodsExcellent scheduling and costing skillsExperience managing multiple projects at varying stages of completionExperience achieving profit and revenue goalsMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screeningEqual Opportunity Employer
