Financial Institutions Client Manager
Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage real estate loan insurance programs and tax tracking programs. Annual on-site client visits with the appropriate management to further institutionalize Ross & Yerger (R&Y) to the clientCreate/prepare presentations for on-site client visits to review current products and production statistics, recommend broader coverages, and present opportunities for new productsWork with producers when appropriate to make proposals for new business and demonstrate the R&Y commitment to provide sales supportAssist with creating/preparing effective proposals for producers to use for new/renewal business. When needed, accompany producers when making proposal presentationsManage the renewal process for clients’ policies, including marketing (as needed) and placementNegotiate with broker partners/carriers to secure broad coverage and competitive pricing and terms for existing clientsEnter new policies and renew policies in the R&Y agency system. Manage policy periods for correct premium and revenue postingsMaintain the Financial Institutions property spreadsheet with new and renewal policy information, policy rate and coverage adjustments, and client changes and acquisitionsCommunicate with broker partners on new and existing clients regarding applications, proposals, master policies, client training, and ongoing questions and trouble shootingObtain and review the department’s commission statements for timeliness and accuracy and update internal reports RequirementsThe ability to travel by automobile to annual client visits and to prospects on an “as needed” basisDemonstrate a good appearance, great attitude, a sense of cooperation and possess real estate lending and/or insurance experiencePossess exceptional people skills for interacting with a variety of personalities at executive, middle management, and entry level positions at banks and credit unions to develop relationshipsThe ability to provide excellent servicing of R&Y products that exceeds our clients’ expectationsPossess problem solving skills to achieve exceptional results regardless of the obstaclesPossess excellent organizational skills to organize and structure a travel schedule, manage daily emails and follow ups, participate in conference/video calls, and engage in conversations with clients, broker partners, and the R&Y teamPowered by JazzHRfFRKlYUt9R
