Senior Development Accountant

LHH is currently seeking a Senior Development Accountant with Real Estate accounting experience. This position will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting of construction projects. Specific job duties for this position include:Prepare monthly project cost reports, budget adjustments and quarterly financial statements.Prepare and submit monthly draw packages, review and verify invoice coding, and produce monthly draw requests.Review accounts payable invoicing, track and reconcile construction cash.Reconcile cash, development cost and payables to general ledger, track contracts to invoice payments, and perform budget reviews.Coordinate annual audit.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in accounting.3+ years of Real Estate accounting experience, including financial reporting experience.Yardi and MRI experience preferred.Ability to work independently and read and interpret legal documents (Development and Loan Agreements).If you are interested in this Senior Development Accountant job opportunity, please submit your resume ASAP for consideration.J-18808-Ljbffr
